This comedy is written and directed by Andrea Maria Dusl and centres on a small-time Austrian crook Johnny Pichler (Josef Hader) who meets a dubious ‚businessman‘ at the Slovakian border to hand over some money. Things do not go as planned and so Johnny is on the run with the money, the gangster’s Cadillac and a call-girl named Shirley (Victoria Malektorovych). After several attempts to sell the car, Shirley dumps Johnny, who has fallen hopelessly in love with her. Beautifully shot in Austria, Slovakia and the Ukraine, this road trip adventure film also boasts a winning soundtrack.
